My passion for fitness started when I was a Contemporary dancer; being a dancer helped me develop a profound level of discipline, passion and dedication. That said, fitness has helped me deal with my anxiety and confidence.
Furthermore, fitness has become my passion; I suffered from years of depression, anxiety and not eating enough due to an unhealthy relationship with food. Being at rock bottom made me realise there's more to life than living in the dark. I wanted to feel alive; I wanted to live, and with that said, I worked extremely hard mentally and physically to become the best version of myself. 
Fitness saved my life, and my passion for life has changed. I love life enough to make fitness my lifestyle. I started to change my mindset and started weight training  6 years ago; now, at the age of 37, I am an inspiring Powerlifter.
Due to my experiences, my mission is to motivate others to feel empowered and strong. I love helping my clients feel stronger mentally and physically; I aim to help them achieve their fitness goals by designing challenging and fun workouts that will fulfil their fitness goals.
